So here we get our first look at Xellis, (Pronounced "Zel-Leez") Ixal's childhood sweetheart.
Iza is another Etherean that will be seen later in the story.
And let me just say, I'm sorry if any of the panels or text looks sloppier than usual. I bought a new computer during my break from comic-authoring and also spent quite a bit of time drawing with a pen and paper at work. I like to think I've improved in general a bit thanks to that but I later found out just how hard it is going back to a mouse and computer screen after drawing the old-fasioned way for weeks. So between that and adjusting to the new comp don't be surprised if some things look a bit off... But maybe I'm just being paranoid.
Now obviously I've been gone a while, and if you want to hear me talk your ear off about comic stuff read the news post. What I'll talk about here is something that anyone lurking the forums or paying attention to me in general may already know; FALL IS GOING TO BE GAMING HEAVEN FOR ME.
Now that I've finished my temp job I can stick to being crazy excited for several big game releases happening in the next few months.
September will see the release of Disgaea 4, October will be Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi, and in November there's not only TESV: Skyrim but Saints Row the Third as well. All of which look mind-blowingly awesome.
I'm sure some of you may already be groaning at the fact that these releases will certainly slow down updates, but as always I'm going to try my best to stay motivated throughout these coming months.
Now I could post some vids and trailers for all of the above games, but hell. You guys can google. Disgaea 4, DBZ: Ultimate Tenkaichi, Skyrim and SR3 are all over the net. Instead I will leave you today with the greatest video ever to exist;

Ethereans appear to come in 2 varieties. Scary as hell death angel guys and really cute cat angel guys. No joke Ixis is literally the cutest character in any comic manga etc I've ever seen ever. And then Ixal is scary as hell.

You're right about the two different types of Ethereans. That's something that's actually going to be gone into in detail in the latest pages.
(I hope you enjoy the comic even more once you reach the Rosen chapter. Passion hasn't aged terribly well!)
