Heh. What a page to end on. RIP the Ship between Reina and Ixis. Although not RIP too much I guess.

After having read through everything at least once, I have to say that this is one of my favorite comics ever. It's given me a number of ideas for similar projects that I have set for the future, and it's really quite impressive how this went from a stereotypical knight, king, prince, and princess story to what it is now. I absolutely love it. It's been a pleasure to read with you good sir/madam

I'm having a lot of trouble parsing this sentence, could you clarify? "Evolution over any number of generations is abnormal [...]"

Also: In Celestial Mirror, there are some hints of alternate universes, where the same characters live different lives and the rules don't quite work the same. What I'm saying is, there could totally be a universe where Ethereans and humans CAN have kids, and Ixis and Reina's descendants go on to become the Felangell. Which would be THE CUTEST.

@Redjive: Thanks, I really appreciate it! And even if I don't reply to ALL of it, I appreciate the comments. You had a few interesting observations that others had never mentioned.

(And don't worry, that ship isn't going anywhere, it simply means no children for our loving duo.)

@sentiashinou: It's meant to imply that Ethereans simply don't change or evolve, as opposed to say; primates. (Though with Chronans being unaware of the existence of primates, I couldn't use such an example here.) They're hard-wired to remain the way they are no matter how many generations pass.

There's a bit more to them that Fathom can't explain just yet, but I'll hopefully find room for in the future. Essentially the entirety of the Etherean race is not a product of evolution at all. Nothing evolved into them, and they were never meant to evolve into anything else.

Do you think there was a better way I could've had him phrase it? I want to be sure not to confuse any readers during pages meant to clarify EthereaVerse concepts, haha.

The idea of alternate universes has always been a fun thing to toy with. If the EthereaVerse assumes that there's an infinite number of alternate universes, (and that can get messy with the concept of "Cycles" too,) then I don't see why that can't be a thing, haha.

I do realize now that it should be more obvious that he's talking about the Ethereans themselves and not in general. That is pretty silly. I'll try to fix that up later.

There we go. Hope that clears things up.

@sentiashinou: Excellent, thanks for pointing it out!

@Seven Rain: I am honored good sir/madam, just
absolutely honored, by the fact that you noticed any of my comments at all, since a fair number were guest accounts on 4 year old posts.

British humor aside, really it does mean a lot to this fedora wearin' chap that you pay attention to all the comments, even when they're made years after the original post.
...... the British cynicism which I've acquired over the years wants me to say it's probably because there are only like 5 regularly commenting people on this comic. Whatever, I'm sure there's legions who just don't comment. And of course an enormous number of sites use Project Wonderful so.

@Redjive: SJ makes it easy, thankfully, because I really do love getting comments and love replying to them whenever I can.

According to the SJ stats I do have a fair number of readers that are a tad too shy to comment, haha. I don't want anyone to feel like they must force themselves to comment to be nice or anything like that, but if you have stuff to say, no matter how silly, don't be afraid to share!

@Seven Rain: Ladies and Gents, allow to show you the absolute lowest anyone will ever go on this comic's comment section, so that no will ever have to fear have the most ridiculous comment ever.

M'Lady/Lord Seven, a totally original and definitely not stolen poem/song

Will you still need me?
Will you still feed me?
When I'm 64?

@Redjive: I hope I and all of my fans can grow old and be a bunch of 64-year-olds getting pumped about cute anime boys and big magic DBZ fights while reciting Beatles lyrics.
