Reina's hair is really fun to draw despite the big "spikes" being kind of a pain to draw at certain angles, but I think I'm improving at that at least.

Ah yes, spiky hair. I like spiky hair in characters and would draw it if I would be able to.

On the comic: Hope that becomes a reality. The princess paying him back.

The Princess of Power.

Regarding spiky hair ...I feel you.

(reina now is not the time to be jinxing things)

Someday you will make a WOE video game and make a 3D model of Reina so I can finally figure out how her hair works before I try to draw her again. Well, I can dream, can't I 8D;;

@TheJGamer: I started out with sprite comics just like you and lots of other peeps out there before experimenting with Flash and starting WOE! Never be scared to start experimenting with drawing, even if it seems hard! (Hope that didn't come off as pretentious, but there are lots of things I regret not learning sooner, so I can't help but try to be encouraging when I see someone mention not being able to draw, whether it be in general or just spiky hair, haha.)
As for Reina, there are plenty of big things in store for her in the future!

@JoKeR: "The Princess of Power", I actually really like that nickname.

@sentiashinou: Trust me it feels like I'm still trying to figure it out myself, hahaha. (And EthereaVerse games... That's a pipedream I share with you. If only we could live in a world where WOE is popular enough for a rad Tenkaichi-style game or something.)

Not gonna lie, unless I were playing some sort of professional person, I'd have Ixis just-long-enough hair. I've never been able to pull off long or messy hair (my hat gets in the way)
Regarding a game... If someone else did the art, I could *maybe?* code the movement patterns. Or we could do a UnderTale style game. That'd be easier. Someone else would still have to do the art.
Subnote: God dammit Reina stop jinxing it.

@Redjive: I've thought about trying to collaborate on something like that someday, but it would be hard to swallow my pride of wishing and trying to make games myself most of my life, haha.

Maybe someday when more of the comics are done and I can make more time I'll put in a more serious effort, whether it's solo or collaboration.

@Seven Rain: Well, you know where to find me. My coding skills are yours, as is my wallet and all the cobwebs inside of it.

I've always wanted to try my hand at really making a game, I just always had trouble with thinking of a coherent plot. In any case I shall have neither the computer time nor the skills to code a game for at least 2 years, but my email won't have changed.

@Redjive: I'll make a note of it, my man. You're a pretty passionate gung-ho kinda guy, I hope my lone-wolf approach to the EthereaVerse in the face of your collaborative suggestions isn't too frustrating.

Reply       Redjive, February 21st, 2018, 9:27 am

@Seven Rain: Don't worry about it. I have ADHD, so whenever I think of an idea I try to get someone else in on it so that they can keep me on track when I lose interest. I can respect a man who lone-wolf's something like this and manages to dedicate as much time as you do to it.

Flawless logic brought to you by Redjive Industries

on an unrelated note I keep scrolling up and seeing Reina's smug face in the first frame and for some reason it's funny.
